256 megabyte (MB) RAM or higher
200 megabyte(MB) free hard drive space
1024x768 or higher resolution monitor
Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack (SP) 2 or later, Windows Vista, Windows 7
The HR Data Manager is written in Microsoft Access. If you do not own Microsoft® Access® 2007 or 2010 there is no need to purchase it, the software includes the runtime version from Microsoft. We do however recommend having the purchased version of Microsoft Access as it enhances the end user experience.
