Requirements    
Minimum System Requirements

  • 500 megahertz (MHz) processor or higher 
  • 256 megabyte (MB) RAM or higher
  • 200 megabyte(MB) free hard drive space
  • 1024x768 or higher resolution monitor
  • Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack (SP) 2 or later, Windows Vista, Windows 7 

    The HR Data Manager is written in Microsoft Access 2007.  If you do not own Microsoft® Access® 2007 there is no need to purchase it, the software includes the runtime version from Microsoft.

    Important:  If you have Microsoft Office 2007 installed on your computer you must have SP2 installed.  The easiest way to ensure you have this is through Microsoft Updates.  This applies whether or not your Microsoft Office 2007 includes MS Access.
